These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wing Kingz app and website (together, "Wing Kingz" or "the app"), operated by MyliusTech LLC ("MyliusTech," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using Wing Kingz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who Can Use Wing Kingz
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wing Kingz. By using the app you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your account. Some features involve meeting in person and may involve venues that serve alcohol — always drink responsibly and follow all applicable laws.
Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Groups & Invite Codes
Wing Kingz is organized into private groups joined by invite code. You're responsible for who you invite to your group and for the content you share within it. Group organizers and members agree to use invite codes only with people they intend to include.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create — profile details, events, posts, ratings, reviews, chat messages, and photos ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant MyliusTech a limited license to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the app and showing it to other members of your group. You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
Acceptable Use
When using Wing Kingz, you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringing.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Upload spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.
- Use the app to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or harm.
Third-Party Services
Wing Kingz relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Maps, and Apple and Google Sign-In. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms. Venue and location information is provided for convenience and is not a recommendation or guarantee.
Disclaimers
Wing Kingz is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any event, venue, or meetup arranged through the app will meet your expectations. You attend events and meet other users at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyliusTech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Wing Kingz, including interactions with other users or at venues.
Termination
You may stop using Wing Kingz and delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
